Founded in 2020, ClearPath Partnership focuses on defining and delivering technology-enabled transformational change. We have grown to over 100 active consultants with a diverse and growing client base.

Our aim is to always build long-standing partnerships with our clients. We believe the best way to do this is by delivering what we have promised to the highest standard and at the best value for our clients.

Phil Moss

Founder and Co-CEO

Phil is co-founder of ClearPath Partnership and works with Gareth to lead the company’s overall direction, manage client relationships and shape client propositions. Phil has a strong technical background gained in telecommunications, engineering and IT and understands complex project and programme delivery having led a number of flagship strategic programmes for FTSE 100 sized clients over the last 25 years.

Gareth Wilson

Founder and Co-CEO

Gareth is co-founder of ClearPath Partnership and works with Phil to lead the company’s overall direction, manage client relationships and shape client propositions. Gareth is an accomplished technology and security leader who has over 20 years' of experience operating across public and private sector organisations in a wide range of industries including financial services, aviation, telecommunications, utility providers, power generation and FMCGs.

Andy Wilson

Business Development Director

Andy is a highly accomplished Business Development and Operations Director in the Aviation industry. With a proven track record of driving growth and profitability, he has a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs in the aviation sector. Andy's strong leadership, communication,program management and negotiation skills, combined with his results-driven and proactive approach, have enabled him to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners in the industry.
