ClearPath Partnership combines sector expertise, flexible resourcing, and robust governance to deliver safe, efficient, and high-impact IT programmes for the aviation industry.
ClearPath Partnership was engaged to provide resource augmentation to a major global IT services provider supporting a critical airport infrastructure programme. The client faced a shortage of aviation-experienced IT delivery professionals and required experienced consultants to enhance their existing teams, improve efficiency, and ensure successful programme delivery.
ClearPath supplied a range of senior IT professionals on fixed-term contracts, including Programme Directors, Programme and Project Managers, PMO Managers, Enterprise and Solution Architects, Senior Business Analysts, Test Managers, and Planners. Candidates were selected based on experience, availability, and alignment with client requirements. A structured integration approach ensured rapid onboarding, security clearance preparation, and a comprehensive induction. Consultants worked on-site alongside client teams, adhering to established delivery frameworks while maintaining support through ClearPath's internal governance, performance oversight, and knowledge-sharing activities.
ClearPath Partnership demonstrates its ability to provide trusted, flexible IT resource solutions that enable complex airport programmes to succeed, while maintaining high standards of delivery and alignment with client objectives.
ClearPath Partnership was engaged by a leading multinational engineering and construction organisation to support its global IT delivery function. The engagement involved deploying approximately 50 consultants across project management, business analysis, and solution architecture roles to deliver major IT and cyber transformation programmes.
The organisation required a trusted partner to provide high-quality, experienced IT professionals capable of driving complex transformation initiatives, including rationalising its diverse enterprise architecture estate. Ensuring consistent performance, integration with internal teams, and alignment with strategic delivery priorities was critical.
ClearPath deployed consultants with the right technical expertise and sector experience, providing end-to-end support from project leadership to solution delivery. Director-level oversight ensured quality assurance, performance management, and governance. Regular operational and contractual reviews maintained alignment with the client's objectives and facilitated flexible redeployment of consultants to emerging projects.
ClearPath Partnership continues to provide expert IT delivery support to complex global organisations, combining technical excellence with robust governance and trusted consultancy services.
ClearPath Partnership was engaged by a multinational engineering and consultancy provider to deliver a large-scale end-user technology refresh for a major international airport. The programme involved replacing or upgrading all end-user devices with new hardware and Windows 11, enhancing security, improving user experience, and increasing operational resilience, all while minimising disruption to critical airport operations.
ClearPath provided end-to-end programme delivery, including leadership, architecture, deployment, and change management support. A phased pilot approach allowed early identification and mitigation of issues, while a structured communications and user-focused deployment model ensured high adoption. Innovations such as automated device provisioning and patching reduced deployment effort and long-term support costs. ClearPath consultants worked closely with airport service teams to provide early-life support, ensuring a seamless transition into business-as-usual operations. Stakeholder engagement at executive and operational levels guaranteed alignment with organisational priorities and delivery milestones throughout the programme.
ClearPath Partnership demonstrated its ability to deliver large-scale, high-impact IT programmes within complex airport environments, combining technical expertise with operational awareness and a consultative delivery approach.
ClearPath Partnership designed and built a specialist software platform that generates labelled training data for AI threat-detection systems used in airport baggage screening. Detection models for CT security scanners need large volumes of scans containing threat items — data that is scarce, expensive to stage physically, and slow to annotate by hand. The platform solves this by digitally extracting real threat objects from CT scans and realistically injecting them into clean bags, producing training data with pixel-perfect ground-truth annotations automatically.
Volumetric CT data is far harder to work with than 2D X-ray imagery: every object is a three-dimensional density volume, and a credible synthetic scan must respect the physics of the real world — how items rest, touch, and pack against each other inside a bag. The client also operated under strict data-sovereignty constraints: scan data could not leave their environment, ruling out cloud AI services entirely.
ClearPath delivered the platform end-to-end, from scientific-computing research through to a production application, including:
The engagement demonstrates ClearPath’s ability to combine deep scientific computing, AI engineering and product delivery to solve hard, regulated-industry problems — the same capability now available to clients through our product development services.
ClearPath Partnership collaborated with a technology company specialising in AI-powered decision intelligence to develop a system for automatically identifying prohibited items in cabin baggage. The project highlights ClearPath's ability to deliver innovative, high-impact software solutions within regulated and operationally sensitive environments.
ClearPath provided end-to-end support for the AI programme, including:
ClearPath Partnership demonstrates its expertise in combining AI development, data management, and structured delivery to support aviation and security organisations in implementing cutting-edge technology solutions safely, efficiently, and effectively.
ClearPath Partnership supported a multi-year Cyber Security Programme for a major international airport, providing both leadership and specialist IT expertise. The programme encompassed upgrades to critical operational systems and was delivered within a highly operational 24/7 airport environment, demonstrating ClearPath's capability to manage complex IT programmes while minimising operational disruption.
The programme required a flexible delivery model capable of adapting to changing operational needs, particularly during periods of remote working imposed by external factors. Ensuring effective collaboration, engagement, and wellbeing across a geographically dispersed team was essential.
ClearPath Partnership implemented a structured hybrid working approach, combining remote delivery with scheduled on-site collaboration. Key initiatives included:
90+ years of combined aviation and IT delivery expertise
Flexible engagement: assignments, full programmes, or resource augmentation
Proven ability to deliver complex projects safely, efficiently, and on time
